FAQs

A few helpful answers about print quality, shipping, and what to expect when ordering.

Prints & Quality

Each print is created on museum-grade, archival Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm fine art paper using the giclée printing process. This technique captures every painterly texture and colour with exceptional depth and longevity.

I take great care to ensure the images on my website reflect the true tones and textures of each artwork. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen brightness and calibration.

Yes. Each limited edition print is hand-signed and numbered by me, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Each artwork in my The Art of Becoming collection is limited to an edition of 20 prints per piece. Once an edition sells out, it will never be reprinted, making your piece truly unique.

A giclée print is a fine art reproduction created using high-resolution inkjet printing on archival paper. It captures the depth, colour, and emotion of the piece with stunning accuracy, making it the gold standard for fine art printing.

Prints are sold unframed so you can choose the perfect frame to suit your space. Each piece is inclusive of a white border for easy handling, mounting and framing.

Each print is a fine art piece and should be handled with care. For guidance on unpacking, handling, and displaying your artwork, please see my care instructions page

At the moment, I ship within mainland UK only.

International and non-mainland UK shipping (including Northern Island and the Channel Islands) isn't available yet - but I hope to offer wider delivery options as my collections grow.

Prints are rolled and secured in a sturdy postal tube, protected with acid-free tissue paper and wrapped in branded touches for an elevated unboxing experience. Every detail is considered to ensure your arwork arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & issues

Because each print is made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Every piece is created especially for you once your purchase is confirmed.

If your limited edition print arrives damaged, please email hello@lowrifrancesca.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. I'll happily arrange a replacement or refund once the problem is confirmed.

If the damaged piece is part of a numbered edition, I'll replace it with the next number available. If it's the final print in the edition, I may issue an Artist's Proof (AP) or withdraw that number entirely to protect the integrity of the edition. Fault edition numbers will never be reissued.

If your print is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, I'll cover the cost of return postage.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the funds in your account.

If you have a question that isn't covered above, feel free to reach out below. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
