Shipping Policy
UK Mainland Shipping
I currently offer free shipping to mainland UK - sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature.
This includes England, Scotland (excluding Highlands), and Wales.
Please note that free shipping does not apply to:
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
- Scottish Highlands
Orders placed from these regions will be refunded or contacted for a custom shipping quote.
International & Non-Mainland Shipping
At this time, I only ship within mainland UK.
International and non-mainland UK shipping options (including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland) are not yet available, but I hope to expand delivery options in the near future as my collections grow.

Processing & Dispatch
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand.
Prints are typically dispatched within 6-8 business days of purchase. If there's ever a delay due to art print production, or high order volumes, I'll be in touch by email to keep you updated.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most mainland UK orders arrive within 24hrs via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
Every print is wrapped in protective tissue and shipped inside a durable cardboard tube to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. Smaller items such as certificates or additional touches, may be enclosed in a separate envelope within the tube.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your limited edition print arrives damaged, please email hello@lowrifrancesca.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. I'll happily arrange a replacement or refund once the problem is confirmed.
If the damaged piece is part of a numbered edition, I'll replace it with the next number available. If it's the final print in the edition, I may issue an Artist's Proof (AP) or withdraw that number entirely to protect the integrity of the edition. Fault edition numbers will never be reissued.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can open an investigation with the courier. In most cases, lost parcels are located and redelivered within a few days.
If the courier confirms the parcel as officially lost, I'll arrange a replacement print where possible, following the same integrity process outlined above. If the lost piece was the final print in the edition and no replacement is available, I'll issue an Artist's Proof (AP) to honour your purchase and ensure you still receive an authenticated piece of equal value.
